Privacy notice

Who we are

Zone 5 Moto is a trading name of Covelant Ltd, an off-road motorcycle dealership in Headley, Surrey. We decide how the personal information described here is used, which makes us its “controller” under UK data protection law.

Questions about this notice or your information: email sales@zone5moto.com.

What we collect

This website has no forms. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as your name, phone number, the bike you are interested in, the day you would like to ride and your riding experience.

How we use it

• To reply to you and arrange what you asked for, such as a demo ride, a build, a service or kit.
• If you buy from us, to provide and look after what you bought.

We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running our business, and on our contract with you once you are a customer. We never sell your information or pass it on for anyone else's marketing.

Who can see it

Our team, and the service providers that handle our email (Microsoft 365) and host this website (Cloudflare). They handle information only to provide their service to us. Some of them may store data outside the UK; where they do, the safeguards required by UK law apply.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we don't take further are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, so there is nothing to accept or decline. As with any website, the servers that deliver the page see your IP address and browser details: our host (Cloudflare) and the two content networks that supply the site's animation code (cdnjs and jsDelivr).

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
